DO COME IN . . . .
Welcome to the Regency World of Beth Andrews. As one of the first romance novelists in the Bahamas, let me introduce you to my published novels, and provide some information on myself and my work.
I was born and raised in Nassau, Bahamas. My father was from the island of Abaco and my mother comes from the Cayman Islands. I grew up singing "God Save The Queen" as my national anthem. Since the Bahamas achieved independence in 1973, our anthem became "March On, Bahamaland." However, we are still a member of the Commonwealth and the British influence remains strong. So it's natural that I should have a fascination with all things English--including my favorite historical period, the Regency (1811-1820). My first books were regency romances, but I've lately turned to a life of (fictional!) crime, having had two regency-era mystery novels published.
If you've read and enjoyed any or all of my work, do let me know! You may e-mail me at: bandrews58@yahoo.com or post your comments/reviews on any of the sites (such as amazon.com, etc.) where my books can be purchased.
Happy reading!

LATEST NEWS! My new mystery novel, THE UNFORGIVING EYE, was released at the end of May by Robert Hale Limited, my publisher in London. It's the sequel to my previous book, HIDDEN IN THE HEART, and has Lydia and John solving yet another murder--this time in rural Hertfordshire. My article, "Mrs. Croft in Nassau," was published in the November/December (2007) issue of Jane Austen's Regency World Magazine, by the Jane Austen Centre in Bath, England. Take a tour of regency-era Nassau with Admiral Croft's wife from Persuasion! Lots of fun for Jane Austen fans.
